Artwork Enquiry Terms
Effective 28 September 20261. Collection requests
A submitted request asks the studio to review artwork availability, configuration and destination. No amount is charged and no artwork is reserved solely because a request reference or PDF confirmation has been generated.
2. Quotation and contract
We will contact you with availability, artwork price, framing adjustment, packing, insured shipping, estimated timing and any known taxes or duties. A binding sale is formed only after the final written quotation is accepted and the agreed payment or deposit is received.
3. Artwork information
We make reasonable efforts to describe dimensions, medium and condition accurately. Screen colour, photography and handmade surfaces may differ slightly from the work in person. Original works may include natural texture, brushwork and small irregularities that are part of the artwork rather than defects.
4. Availability and pricing
Original works are generally one of one and remain subject to prior sale until formally reserved. Displayed prices, where shown, may exclude framing changes, packing, insurance, shipping, duties and destination taxes. We may correct clear errors before a quotation is accepted.
5. Customisation and cancellation
Changes to size, framing or a commissioned work will be confirmed in writing. Once custom production has begun, cancellation or withdrawal may be limited where permitted by law. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
6. Intellectual property
Buying a physical artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Website images may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
7. Contact and fair dealing
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and do not submit fraudulent or unlawful requests. Questions, corrections or cancellation enquiries may be sent to sino_miles@foxmail.com. If these terms conflict with mandatory law in the collector’s location, that mandatory law prevails.
